We know the effectiveness of our products and are convinced by them. That is why a money-back guarantee applies to our hair removal foam, hair removal cream, anti-hair growth serum and IPL Ultra+ in our online shop (does not apply to products purchased via Amazon). This makes shopping with us completely risk-free for you.

What is the money-back guarantee?

If you have ordered a Belle Body product in our online shop and are not satisfied, you have the option to return the opened product to us (valid for the products mentioned above). We will then refund the purchase price.

What do I need to bear in mind if I want to make use of the guarantee?

General:

Please note that

  1. We cannot accept products back if they are completely empty.
  2. If returning several packs of the same product, only one pack may be opened in order to receive a refund for the price of all products.
  3. Return shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  4. The guarantee does not apply to subscriptions.
  5. If it concerns intolerances/rashes, we require photos of them. (Please ensure they are suitable for viewing by minors; no images of the intimate area.)
  6. The money-back guarantee is valid only once per product and customer on the initial purchase.

Product-specific:

  • Hair removal foam/hair removal cream: The product must be used according to the instructions. If the hair does not come out, the guarantee can be claimed within 30 days of delivery of your package.
  • Anti-hair growth serum: The product must be applied at least once a day for 30 days. If visibly fewer hairs grow after 30 days, the guarantee can be claimed. Please document the application weekly with a photo.
  • IPL: The IPL must be used for 100 days according to the treatment plan on the product page. If visibly fewer hairs grow after 100 days, the guarantee can be claimed. Please document the application weekly with a photo.

The 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the money-back guarantee.

And how can I make use of the money-back guarantee?

  1. Simply write an email to hello@belle-body.de and let us know which product you would like to return. 
  2. We will then send you a short questionnaire asking why you would like to return the products. This is particularly helpful to us at this early stage in developing our products, and it will not take you longer than 2 minutes, we promise!
    We reserve the right to request a video of the application process to ensure and improve the correct use of our products.
  3. Our Customer Service Team will then ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible after receipt.
